Since the establishment in 2011, XIATECH test center has already provided accurate measurement services for more than 1000 users until Dec. 2013.
The measured property includes: thermal conductivity, specific heat, viscosity, density, thermal expansion coefficient, vapor pressure, surface tension, freezing point, boiling point, latent heat, imflammability, solubility and so on.
The materials samples include:
★ various of thermal interface materials: thermal grease, thermal silicone, thermal pasty, gel, etc.;
★ various of metal alloys: magnesium alloy, aluminum fins, coated copper substrate, aluminum alloys and other metal alloys;
★ natural materials: soil, carrots, crop stalks, corn powder, cork, coal, rock;
★ polymer: plastic, rubber, ceramic, carbon felt, foams, graphite, graphite paper, foamed plastic, graphite tube, plastic fiber, the phase change material;
★ liquids: white oil, lubricants oil, water, coolant, gear oil, aviation kerosine, gasoline, silicone oil, anionic solution, refrigerant, Cu/water nanofluids, Al2O3/water nanofluids;
★ Others: concrete, coatings, films, silicon carbide powder, mineral powder, alumina powder, airgel, paper, etc.
