HC2000 flow calorimeter is for the accurate measurement of isobaric heat capacity of fluids. Based on the state of the art flow calormetry technique, it helps users to obtain heat capacity data accurately and quickly:
¡ï Accurate: better than 2 %;
¡ï Wide temperature range: -30¡æ~120¡æ;
¡ï Versatile: lubricating oil, refrigerants, fuels, nanofluids, organic solvents, and etc.
The performance of HC2000 was checked by measuring the heat capacity of water and ethanol. Experimental results were compared with the reference data provided by NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology).
Table 1 lists the measurement results, where Tr is the experiment temperature, Cpcal is the reference data provided by REFRPOP 8.0 ( database of NIST), Cpexp is the measurement results. (cpexp-cpcal)/ cpcal /% is the deviation between experimental and reference data. It can be seen that the measurement accuracy is better than 2%.
