Description

Viscosity and density are key thermophysical property indicators of substances, playing important and extensive roles. Currently, there are various devices on the market for measuring viscosity and density, but relatively few instruments can simultaneously test the viscosity and density of fluids under a wide temperature range and high-pressure conditions. In response to this situation, our company has launched the VM4000 Series High-Temperature Viscosity-Density Meter, aiming to meet the measurement needs under special working conditions.

l Multi-parameter measurement: It can measure viscosity and density simultaneously, obtain viscosity-temperature curves and viscosity-pressure curves, and calculate viscosity-temperature coefficients and viscosity-pressure coefficients.

l Wide temperature measurement range: It can perform viscosity measurement within -30~200℃, with support for custom lower or higher temperatures.

l Broad pressure measurement range: Equipped with a pressure control module, it can realize viscosity measurement within 0.1~15 MPa, with support for custom higher pressures.

l High precision and stability: Adopting the vibrating wire method, it offers high measurement accuracy and good repeatability, free from the influence of surface tension and interfacial tension.

l Automated operation: Supporting functions such as automatic temperature control, automatic pressure application, and automatic sample injection, it is easy to operate and reduces labor costs.

l Sealed test chamber: Suitable for measuring volatile liquids, ensuring the safety and accuracy of the measurement process.
