The VP2200 High-Pressure Vapor Pressure Tester is a fluid saturated vapor pressure testing device developed by XIATECH based on the VP2100 High-Pressure Vapor Pressure Tester, specifically designed for high-temperature and high-pressure measurements. It can perform experimental measurements at a maximum temperature of 250℃ and a maximum pressure of 5MPa, with support for customization of higher temperatures or pressures. Users can select pressure sensors with different ranges (500kPa, 1MPa, 2MPa, 5MPa, etc.) according to the saturated vapor pressure range of the sample to be tested, ensuring accurate and reliable test results. The device is equipped with pressure sensors with 0.1% FS accuracy, and higher precision can be customized to further improve the accuracy of test results. The device also features automatic measurement and automatic pressure relief functions, allowing all testing tasks to be completed automatically and safely without the need for on-site monitoring by users throughout the testing process. With advantages such as high-precision temperature control, temperature measurement, and pressure measurement, it is suitable for high-precision vapor pressure measurement of various fluids, including chemical reagents, electronic fluorinated liquids, refrigerants, lubricants, aviation kerosene, and fine chemicals.
