Description

The VLE2000 High-Temperature Phase Equilibrium Tester is developed based on the static analysis method, with a testing temperature of up to 100℃ (higher temperatures can be customized). The equipment achieves system equilibrium through mechanical stirring and is equipped with a high-precision micro-sampling system internally. Controlled by software, it can perform multiple rapid micro-samplings on gas and liquid phase components respectively without altering the composition content of the mixed system, and is connected to a chromatograph for sample injection and analysis. The tester boasts advantages such as high temperature measurement accuracy, wide pressure measurement range, and precise measurement. Combined with independently developed programs, it can realize automatic temperature control, automatic pressure boosting, automatic sampling, and data analysis. It is applicable for measuring vapor-liquid phase equilibrium parameters of various pure substances, binary, and ternary systems, and suitable for phase equilibrium testing of various fluids and mixtures such as refrigerants, lubricating oils, and aviation kerosene.
