The VLE1000 Low-Temperature Phase Equilibrium Tester, developed based on the circulation analysis method, achieves system equilibrium by forcing two-phase flow through a liquid-phase circulation pump. It can sample and analyze gas and liquid phase samples by connecting to a chromatograph, featuring advantages such as high temperature measurement accuracy, wide pressure measurement range, and precise measurement. Combined with independently developed programs, it can realize automatic temperature control, automatic pressurization, automatic sampling, and data analysis. It is applicable to testing vapor-liquid phase equilibrium parameters of various low-boiling pure substances (gaseous at room temperature) and binary/ternary systems, and is particularly suitable for measuring refrigerants and their mixtures.
