The VLE1000 low-temperature phase equilibrium tester, developed based on the circulation analysis method, achieves system equilibrium by forcing two-phase flow through a liquid-phase circulation pump. It can sample and analyze gas-liquid phase samples by connecting to a chromatograph, featuring high temperature measurement accuracy (-30~60℃, accuracy better than 0.02℃), a wide pressure measurement range (0.1~4MPa), and accurate measurement. Combined with independently developed programs, it can realize automatic temperature control, automatic pressurization, automatic sampling, and data analysis. It is applicable for testing vapor-liquid equilibrium parameters of various low-boiling-point (gaseous at room temperature) pure substances and binary/ternary systems, and is particularly suitable for measuring refrigerants and their mixtures.
