Overview

After a century of technological evolution, adiabatic calorimetry has become one of the key methods in thermodynamic research. Its core measurement principle involves providing a certain amount of heat to a sample in an adiabatic environment, then calculating the sample's specific heat capacity by measuring the resulting temperature rise. With advantages like simple structural design, high measurement accuracy, and wide applicability, this method demonstrates significant value in low-temperature thermodynamics. Internationally, it has been used to measure the specific heat capacity of cryogens such as liquid hydrogen, liquid nitrogen, and liquefied natural gas under ultra-low temperature conditions.

Drawing on the accumulated technical strengths of adiabatic calorimetry, XIATECH has launched the HC1000 series adiabatic calorimeters with high-precision and fully automatic. Specifically designed for accurate measurement of fluid specific heat capacity under ultra-low temperature conditions, this series offers a basic temperature range from -160°C to room temperature (customizable for extended ranges) and a pressure range of 0.1–15MPa (also customizable). It can study the specific heat capacity of pure substances and multi-component fluids under varying temperatures and pressures, accommodating both liquid and gas phases. Suitable for testing common cryogens like methane, ethane, nitrogen, and natural gas, it provides reliable data support for the optimal design and engineering applications of cryogens. The HC1400 series integrates the company's independently developed automatic control system, enabling fully automated testing processes from sampling and temperature control to data acquisition and analysis, significantly improving testing efficiency.
